“Weekends in Washington”
on The Northwest
When Day Trips in Washington came calling and asked if we’d like to be featured in an episode of their online show, we said, “heck yeah!”
Featured alongside several other great attractions and businesses in Ferndale, WA, our Himalayan salt cave, amethyst cave, and yoga classrooms were shown along with an aerial view of our historic Carnation Building. And yes, we’re only .4 miles away from Coconut Kenny’s. Thanks for the fun fact Jamie!
Narcity helps you “learn everything you need to know about anywhere you want to go.” We’re happy they’ve included our amethyst cave on their list of “Things To Do” in Washington state. Click the photo to read their full article on our healing spa.
“Plan a self-care day at one of the best spas in Washington state.”
“Flow Motion’s Salt Cave a Must See in Washington”
365 Things To Do in Washington State is an online site detailing the hidden gems of Washington. Each day of the year, they select a new destination, places to stay, road trip ideas, and things to do. Since our beautiful state is filled with never-ending beauty, we were honored to be featured as one of their choices in December 2019!
Their post highlighting our Himalayan Salt Cave received so many likes, comments, and shares on social media that we were also selected in their TOP NINE OF 2019 at the end of the year!
People from all over Washington have since discovered what’s right here in Ferndale. We’ve received many visitors from several hours away and across the state, driving in just to visit and spend the day at the salt cave, take a yoga class, and enjoy our healing spa!
Pioneering Whatcom’s First Infrared Hot Yoga Studio
Most people know Flow Motion built the area’s first Himalayan salt cave and salt therapy center, but long before the salt cave, Flow Motion has been Ferndale’s yoga studio. Many people loved that Flow Motion brought the healing benefits of infrared to the yoga classroom as the first yoga studio in the county to do so, with the health trend growing quickly since.
As one of the smaller yoga studios in the area, we were thrilled to place in Bellingham Alive’s “Best Yoga Studio” category for their Best of the Northwest competition.
Serious Stress Relief and a Welcoming Community
Whatcom Talk is a voice for all things wonderful in our area. Full of feel-good stories, people, and activities, they’re the destination site to check out. According to them, “Flow Motion offers the relaxing refuge everyone needs. Their blissful space encourages everyone to leave the stress of daily life at the door.” We agree!
